How it works

Send your document, a photo or a brief description of your request via WhatsApp or e-mail.
Receive a reply
After your request has been reviewed, you will receive an individual offer with an estimated price, timeframe and next steps.
Confirm the details
After confirming the order, all necessary details are agreed: additional documents, delivery method.
Receive the translation
The completed translation can be sent by e-mail or collected in person by appointment in Basel.
Prices
The exact price depends on the type of document, language combination, scope and requested deadline. For longer texts or special requests, you will receive an individual offer in advance.

Important information about certification and apostille
If official certification of the translation is required, additional fees may apply
Additional fees:
Certification of the translator’s signature: CHF 50.–
Apostille / official authentication by the competent authority: CHF 50.–
You will be informed in advance if such certification or an apostille is required for your document.
Longer texts
For longer texts, the price may be calculated based on the number of lines.
The price per line depends on the complexity of the source text and ranges from CHF 2.– to CHF 6.–.
